Hardwork

X-Axis = Efforts u put in (anything that u don't like and yet have to do)
Y-Axis = Corresponding results (anything that makes u feel

Everywhere 2.Mehnati (Hardworker) and 4.Moron are appreciated more than
1.(Brilliant) and 3.(Satisfied)

I somehow do not get the logic.
comparing 3 Vs 4 AND comparing 1 Vs 2
in terms of resource usage 1,3 will consume less and results are bad/good for both pairs.

Ideally i'd like to be 1. who would get good results despite being lazy.
or 3. who'd not get the results but neither would take the pain of efforts.
Certainly not 4.(yet most of us end up being 4)

If English were as easy as Maths

just a comparison between 2 languages ... as usual ...totally useless :P

If English were as easy as Math.
This would mean…people preparing for any exams which contain use of English and Maths should focus to improve English……..

(PS: This doesn’t mean that writer is good at math: instead he’s “less worse” at math relative to English)

just literally comparing point wise the two….

1. Maths builds up from basics, the logic of numbers (0, 1, 2...)Continues.
English also initially pretends to do so, but gradually a,b,c goes into something absurd.
2.Maths can be learnt thru induction i.e. the logic applied once is applicable throughout.
English itself contains the word “logic” but contrarily is completely illogical.
3.Maths in its simplest form (when dealing with money) is known to all…newspaper vendors, chai wala’s etc
English requires formal education.
4.English is spoken in few nations, Math resides in all
5.English has useless waste of space for ex. In Pneumonia ‘P’ is silent... I guess no one will ever know why silent letters are written in the first place.
But when it comes to numbers 123….or 1123 there is a sense and a meaning to every symbol used.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So lets experiment :)
If we treat English symbols no greater than those of maths then we would derive something like
PRIZE = Px10^4+Rx10^3+Ix10^2+zx10^1+Ex10^0
Or we would even be able to derive meaning (yes i mean 'meaningful' English)
For example two synonyms of PRIZE are AWARD and REWARD (according to MS WORD 2007)
AWARD=PRIZE …………….. (1)
REWARD=PRIZE………………. (2)
So using equations 1 and 2
AWARD=REWARD
=> A+WARD=RE+WARD

=> A=RE
(Note: correlated result can be achieved by AVENGE=VENGEANCE=REVENGE)

Similarly working with other words will add meaning to English :)
In the end I leave English for the Knowledgeable and Maths for the intelligent.

I also tried linking Maths and Physics/Biology-
if you increase the number of sides of a polygon it gradually becomes a circle at infinite sides.
a tummy may be seen in similar way as an infinite pack of ABS :)
